Rates

• Initial Diagnostic Evaluation: $360
• Regular Ongoing Sessions up to 45 Minutes: $275
• Sessions above 45 Minutes: $360

Accepted Payment Methods

• We accept credit, debit and Health Savings Account (HSA cards). We do not accept checks.
• We request that clients pay their portion of charges at the time of service, including any deductibles, coinsurance, or co-payments.

Insurance

• We take limited insurance and Employee Assistance  (EAP) plans. Ask insurance or EAP if your provider is in network.
• If your chosen provider is out-of-network (OON), you can:
• Register with Mentaya, an out-of-network service we partner with who will do the billing directly to your insurance provider.

Mentaya

• Mentaya is a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. To see if you qualify for reimbursement, you can use this link.
• If you qualify, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. They charge a 5% fee per claim and have helped people get thousands of dollars back per year. You can sign up using this link.
